CPA Firm BKD Relocates Within Durst Portfolio

Accounting firm BKD LLP signed a full-floor lease for 20,899 square feet at the Durst Organization’s 1155 Ave. of the Americas. It’s a relocation from Durst’s 655 Third Ave., where BKD established its first New York City office in July 2018 when Loeb & Troper LLP merged with the firm. Loeb & Troper was based at 655 Third since 1994.
“We are proud to welcome BKD across town to their new home at 1155 Avenue of the Americas,” said Durst Organization President Jonathan Durst. “They have been a valued tenant for the past 25 years, and we are very pleased that they have chosen to stay within our portfolio and entrust their tenancy to us.”

BKD was represented in the 13-year, seven-month lease by NKF’s Daniel Katcher and Brett Stein. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Rocco Romeo and Tanya Grimaldo.
