CP Group has leased more than 18,000 square feet of its newly constructed spec suites at One and Two Ravinia office towers in Atlanta, GA.

CP Group Leases 18K-SF at One and Two Ravinia in Atlanta

Boca Raton, FL-based CP Group, which bills itself as the second-largest office landlord in Atlanta, GA, has leased more than 18,000 square feet of its newly constructed spec suites at One and Two Ravinia. The two 17-story towers totaling 800,000 square feet and are located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket.

The new tenants that will occupy five of 12 spec suites, ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet, at One and Two Ravinia, include:

  • Appvault, a recruitment marketing solutions company
  • Togetherwork, a software development company
  • The Anderson Group, a Keller Williams company
  • Titanium Logistics, an asset-based transportation and logistics company
  • Walk On’s, a national sports bar and restaurant chain

Eric Ross, Sabrina Gibson and Stewart Thrash of CBRE represented CP Group in all five transactions.

“With the influx of companies relocating to Atlanta and those already here looking to upgrade, we must provide top-tier office environments with upgraded amenities — and that includes customizable workspaces that can change with each tenant’s business goals and trajectories,” said Scott Barr, SVP at CP Group.
