CP Group Announces 32K SF of Leasing at CapRock in Bethesda

CP Group, along with a fund managed by DRA Advisors, has executed over 32,000 square feet of leasing activity over the past six months at CapRock, a 709,313-square-foot office property in Bethesda, Maryland.

Bernie McCarthy, Amanda Davis, Danny Sheridan, and Patrick Hall of JLL represented the landlord in all transactions. The recent deals include new arrivals, renewals, and an expansion, including FVLCRUM Partners, which signed a lease for 8,196 square feet with Ryan Miller of CBRE representing the tenant.

T-Rex Solutions also renewed its lease for 5,744 square feet in a deal brokered by Chris Feehley of Cresa. Avenue Wealth Management signed a lease for a newly completed, 5,357-square-foot spec suite. Jay Farmer of JLL and Rob Clark of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Constellation Software Engineering signed a lease for 5,357 square feet. Mike Alcamo of TTA represented the tenant. Washington Vein Clinic, P.C., expanded its footprint to 5,351 square feet. Claire Joyce of TTA represented the tenant. Additionally, Eliassen Group signed a renewal for 2,523 square feet, with Dan Falls of CBRE representing the tenant.
