CP Capital, The NRP Group to Develop 390-Unit Multifamily in Silver Spring

A joint venture comprised of CP Capital and The NRP Group is developing a 390-unit multifamily project in Silver Springs, MD.

The five story White Oak will sit in Eastern Montgomery County as part of the White Oak Science Gateway area with direct access to the county’s new FLASH Bus Rapid Transit System, MD Route 29, I-95, and the MD-200 Intercounty Connector. The site is directly south of a public-private partnership development with plans for seven million square feet of office, retail, commercial, R&D and medical space.

White Oak’s community amenities will include an enclosed courtyard, sundeck and pool, outdoor cooking and dining areas, work-from-home facilities, dog park, pet spa and expansive fitness center.

Real estate investment manager CP Capital (formerly known as HQ Capital Real Estate) previously partnered with The NRP Group, a Cleveland, OH-based developer, owner, builder and manager of multifamily housing, on The Rockwell in Berlin, MA.
