Cozen O’Connor Consolidates NYC Space to 3 World Trade

Law firm Cozen O’Connor has consolidated its two Manhattan offices to Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. The 15-year lease for more than 77,000 square feet is a consolidation of offices formerly located at 45 Broadway and 277 Park Ave.

“This is such a tremendous opportunity to unite the entire Cozen O’Connor New York City office in a stunning, state-of-the-art space that has absolutely transformed downtown Manhattan,” said Michael J. Heller, Cozen O’Connor’s CEO. “Having access to the wonderful amenities the downtown World Trade Center campus offers is something we knew would be appealing for our colleagues and clients alike. We especially anticipate making ample use of the extensive and exclusive outdoor space for events with our clients.”
Cozen O’Connor was represented by an Avison Young team led by Arthur Mirante. Ownership was represented in-house and by a CBRE team led by Mary Ann Tighe.
