Cox Castle Elevates Three Attorneys to Partner

Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, a full-service law firm specializing in real estate in the United States, has elected three attorneys to the firm’s partnership. They include Veena Beglinger and Rachel Jones, both based in San Francisco, and Tyler Dockins in Orange County. 

Beglinger (pictured) is a real estate and land use attorney representing clients in all aspects of land development and real estate transactions, with a particular expertise in the renewable energy sector and water rights. She also advises clients on construction, operational, and property management-related issues.  

Jones is a land use and natural resources attorney with a focus on land development and renewable energy projects. She advises clients at all stages of project development on public and private land. 

Dockins is a construction attorney primarily representing owners and contractors. He has negotiated and drafted billions of dollars in construction and design agreements, as well as consultant and land development contracts across the spectrum of property sectors.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
