Coworking Franchise Office Evolution to Open Second Location in Tampa
Coworking franchise Office Evolution will open its second office in the Tampa market. The new location will occupy a 13,000-square-foot space in the waterfront Pointe on Harbour Island in downtown Tampa.
The development, which is located at 601 S. Harbour Island Blvd., overlooks downtown Tampa and shares the waterfront with dining destinations American Social, and Jackson’s Bistro & Sushi Bar. Office Evolution currently has 64 locations across the United States, including a location at Lincoln Center in Tampa’s Westshore Business District.
John Fish and Scott Garlick of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa-based Tenant Advisory Group represented John and Karen Przedpelski, co-owners of Office Evolution Tampa, in the lease. The landlord is Convergent Capital Partners.
