Coworking Firm Leases Four Suites of Office Space in Beaverton 

Norris & Stevens, Inc., along with Sperry Van Ness (SVN), facilitated the lease of 12,003 square feet at 9400 Place, located at 9400 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway in Beaverton, OR. 

The Tenant, VIDA Coworking, leased four suites of office space. VIDA Coworking will offer 25 private offices, 26 “dedicated desks,” a variety of open flex office spaces and an on-site fitness studio to members. The coworking space is slated to open in August. 

Duane Link with Portland-based Norris & Stevens represented the landlord, 9300 Hillsdale, LLC, and Stacy Looney with SVN Bluestone represented VIDA Coworking. 9400 Place is an approximately 95,656-square-foot office building constructed in 1974 and renovated in 1997.
