COVID-19 Test Manufacturer Brings Twin Cities Park to Full Occupancy

New Orleans-based Sensiva Health LLC, a clinical testing, healthcare solutions company and maker of COVID-19 RT-PCR tests, leased 52,888 square feet of industrial space at Duke Realty’s Arbor Lakes Business Park in Maple Grove, MN. The lease brings phase one of the master-planned park to 100% occupancy.

Dan Swartz and Austin Lovin with CBRE represented the landlord, Duke Realty. Sensiva occupies the business park’s Building Two with three other tenants; Building One was a build-to-suit for Illume Candles.

The Maple Grove site will be Sensiva’s second location in the Midwest, Twin Citirs Business reported. The company also operates a facility in New Berlin, WI, near Milwaukee. Outside of its headquarters in the New Orleans region, Sensiva has corporate offices in Florida and South Carolina.
