Cousins, Town Lane Complete $20M Atlanta Tower Makeover
Cousins and Town Lane jointly funded a $20 million renovation of the Proscenium building, a 21-story office building in downtown Atlanta. The joint venture bought the building in 2024. The Atlanta Business Journal reports the building is now over 75% occupied.
The capital improvements at Proscenium included a refreshed lobby, two new entrances and a new retailer called Closers Coffee. The second floor includes an improved gym with showers and locker rooms, along with a conference center with room for more than 100 people.
KPMG signed a 105,000-square-foot anchor lease in March, with a move-in scheduled for 2028. Acuity Brands and BakerHostetler have also recently renewed their leases at the building.
The building, completed in 2000, was over 500,000 square feet of space.
Leapley Construction was the general contractor.
