Cousins Signs 123k-SF Lease with Visa in Midtown

Cousins Properties has signed a long-term lease with Visa for a 123,000-square-foot property at 1200 Peachtree in Midtown, Atlanta. Occupant move-ins is expected in the fourth quarter of 2022. Cousins acquired the asset from Norfolk Southern Corporation.

The redevelopment will include a total renovation of the ground floor, creating indoor and outdoor amenities and taking advantage of the building’s Midtown location. Visa is slated to create at least 1,000 new jobs in the Atlanta region over the next several years.
