Courtyard San Diego Trades Hands
The Marriott-branded Courtyard San Diego Downtown hotel has reportedly sold for $56 million to Apple Hospitality REIT.
Hersha Hospitality Trust is selling the 245-room hotel, which it reportedly bought in 2013 for $71.1 million.
Located in the popular Gaslamp Quarter, the Courtyard San Diego Downtown hotel is an historic site that was built in 1928, and was previously occupied by San Diego Trust and Savings Bank. The hotel was renovated in both 2006 and 2013.
