Courtyard by Marriott Pasadena/Old Town Completes Extensive Renovation

The Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Pasadena/Old Town has completed an extensive $12.8-million renovation to the more than 300-key hospitality property. The refurbishment features an updated bar, gym and guest rooms.

“This renovation brings a modern, luxurious experience to Old Town Pasadena, enriched with cultural and architectural elements unique to the neighborhood,” said Craig Ballard, managing partner of Dauntless Capital Partners, which owns The Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Pasadena/Old Town. “We are the base camp to what Pasadena has to offer – just a short walk from the convention center and steps away from Old Town’s vibrant shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.”

The property offers nearly 6,000 square feet of event and meeting space. It’s situated within walking distance of the Pasadena Convention Center and conveniently located near the area’s other popular attractions, such as the Rose Bowl Stadium and Norton Simon Museum.
