Council Authorizes Best Buy 550K-SF Center

The Missouri City, TX City Council has approved a resolution that authorizes development of a 550,000-square-foot Best Buy Warehouse Logistics facility at 636 U.S. 90 in the southwest Houston metro. The center will be at Cravens Road and U.S. 90, near Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway).

The facility, which is scheduled to open in time for the 2018 holiday season, will serve as a delivery distribution center that stores products for shipment to approximately 60 Best Buy stores throughout Texas and Louisiana, as well as customers’ homes. The center is also expected to create at least 40 full-time jobs.

Seefried Industrial Properties and 4M Investments are the developers. A groundbreaking date has not yet been determined.
