Costco Wholesale Commits to Schaumburg Offices

CBRE arranged a 30,000-square-foot lease at Woodfield Preserve Office Center, on behalf of Zeller, to Costco Wholesale Corporation and Costco Innovel Solutions at 10 N. Martingale Rd. in Schaumburg, IL. Costco will occupy the space beginning in April.

CBRE’s William Elwood and Robert Graham represented the building’s owner, Zeller. David Stefancic and Lexis Livengood of Cushman & Wakefield represented Costco Wholesale Corporation, which joins other prominent tenants at the property such as Assurance, Byline Bank, Hitachi, New York Life, and Progressive.

“The nature of the workday and workspace has changed since the onset of the pandemic in March 2020,” said Zeller’s Laura Stangle. “Employees are desiring a location that is easily accessed by personal transportation as well as an office environment that allows for flexibility in workspace that promotes health and wellness. We truly believe Costco’s employees will not only satisfy these desires, but also the experience at Woodfield Preserve.”
