CoStar Commits to Two Floors with Irvine Company in La Jolla UTC

CoStar Group has signed a lease for 45,700 square feet at Irvine Company’s One La Jolla Center office high-rise in La Jolla UTC. The online provider of real estate marketplaces, information and analytics plans to occupy the property’s fourth and fifth floors, bringing the property to 95% leased.

“CoStar Group recognizes the value our workplaces provide helping them bring their teams together to drive growth and success,” said Roger DeWames, division EVP, Irvine Company Office. “The right workplace partner has never been more important and Irvine Company’s frictionless partnership, commitment to quality and unmatched financial stability gives companies the confidence to grow with us across our expansive portfolio throughout coastal California, Chicago and New York City.”

CoStar Group was represented by Bill Cavanagh with Cushman & Wakefield. The company also leased in 2021 an entire 115,000-square-foot building at Spectrum Terrace, Irvine Company’s recently completed 1.1.-million-square-foot campus located in Irvine.
