Costa Mesa Redevelopment Rebrands to Briggs Corporate Center

There is a significant lack of new industrial product here, which is resulting in strong demand throughout Orange County, say local brokers. One development by Space Investment Partners LLC aims to put a dent in that industrial dearth.

Space Investment Partners recently completed the redevelopment of a 51,939-square-foot industrial building in Costa Mesa. The project previously owned and occupied by Primary Color Systems Corporation has been re-branded as Briggs Corporate Center. Space Investment Partners purchased the property in 2019.

JLL’s Wade Tift, Byron Foss and Nick Carey are marketing three separate units for lease or sale: 261 Briggs at 15,455 square feet, 263 Briggs at 17,405 square feet and 265 Briggs at 19,079 square feet.

Each unit features new power, 4- by 8-foot warehouse skylights, LED high bay warehouse lighting, loading doors, anodized storefront windows and single-story office space delivered in shell condition. Additionally, Briggs Corporate Center features a new front facade, TPO roof, exterior and interior paint, and landscaping.

Briggs Corporate Center is located in the Airport submarket near John Wayne Airport and the I-405, SR-55 and SR-73 freeways.
