Cortland Acquires MF Development Site in Orlando for $5M

The Land Advisors Organization has arranged the $5.3 million sale of a 17-acre multifamily development site at the northeast corner of Masters Boulevard and Goodman Road in Osceola County, FL.

The buyer is an affiliate of Cortland, the Atlanta-based developer of luxury multifamily communities, who plan the development of El Mirasol, a 355-unit apartment community adjacent to Champions Gate, a 1500-acre luxury community. Champions Gate is located in the four corners area of Osceola County, approximately 25 miles southwest of the Orlando CBD.

Mike Ripley and Steve Flanagan of LAO represented the seller, Profusion Cap5 Champions Gate, in the sale. The transaction closed on July 1 and Cortland plans to begin development of El Mirasol immediately.
