Corralito Restaurant Inks Deal as WestStar Tower Retail Tenant
Corralito Restaurant signed a lease for 4,000 square feet of ground floor space at the under-construction WestStar Tower in El Paso. Hunt Companies and WestStar are developing the 262,000-square-foot, 19-story, 306-foot tall project, which will be the tallest in downtown El Paso when it opens in mid-2020. The 13,000-square-foot retail space at 601 N. Mesa St. will also hold a 2,650-square-foot WestStar commercial bank.
The new restaurant will offer 160 seats and 800 square feet of patio space adjacent to Hunt Plaza. Corralito currently operates three other successful locations in El Paso. “When we initially saw this project, we knew it was a perfect fit for us to create an amazing downtown steakhouse,” said Juan Carlos Orrantia, the restaurant owner.
