Corner Apartments Snapped Up in Humboldt Park

Essex Realty Group arranged the sale of 2551-2553 W. Hirsch St., a nine-unit corner apartment building in Humboldt Park. The firm’s Abe Eilian and Doug Fisher brokered the $1.3-million deal. The buyer and seller weren’t disclosed.

2551-2553 W. Hirsch consists of a one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments. The property also has basement space running the entire length of the building.

The building is situated on the southeast corner of the intersection of Hirsch Street and Rockwell Street. It is located within walking distance of Chicago’s popular 606 (Bloomingdale) Trail, as well as all the restaurants, cafes and shops available in Humboldt Park, Logan Square and Wicker Park.

In addition, the property is conveniently situated near multiple CTA bus stops along Western Avenue, North Avenue and Division Street.

Connect Texas Multifamily will take place August 15, 2019 in Dallas. For more information, or to register, click here.
