Corner 63’s Location Offers Transit Proximity

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, recently broke ground on Corner 63, a 139-unit residential community in Seattle’s Roosevelt submarket. The seven-story transit-oriented development is slated for completion in spring 2023. Its developers are a joint venture between HSR and a MetLife Investment Management client.

“Corner 63 is in an incredibly well-located area of the Roosevelt submarket, affording our future residents easy access to Seattle and Bellevue via the nearby light rail station, while also offering exceptional walkability to a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of recreational, dining and entertainment options,” said Alan Cantlin of High Street Residential’s Seattle office.

Corner 63 is located at 6300 Ninth Ave., just four blocks from the Roosevelt Link light rail station scheduled to open in October 2021. The project is also within walking distance of the University of Washington. Downtown Seattle is less than six miles south of the site and the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is a 25-minute drive.

B+H Architects is designing the project and Chinn Construction is acting as the general contractor. Avenue5 will serve as property manager.
