Corliss Finalizes Sale of South Hill Master-Planned Community for $17M

Corliss Management Group LLC (CMG), a family-owned and operated real estate development company, has finalized the sale of their Sunrise Heights residential plat within the renowned Sunrise Master-Planned Community for $17 million.

The development, located at 15807 134th Ave E, South Hill, spans 80 acres and features 136 designed lots. “As a 5th-generation family business that has been developing this master-planned community for over three decades, we are thrilled to see Sunrise Heights take form with quality homes that address the housing needs in the South Hill-Puyallup area,” said Eric Corliss, Principal of Corliss Management Group.

The sale of Sunrise Heights further strengthens the buyer-seller relationship between Corliss Management and developer KB Homes. “At Corliss Management, we are passionate about creating a harmonious balance of Washington’s natural beauty within this community, and we know KB Home will make an exceptional addition to our collection of homes designed for every stage of life in Sunrise.”
