CORFAC Names 2021 Winners of Member Excellence Awards

CORFAC International recently announced winners of the 2021 Member Excellence Awards, which recognize individuals who exemplify excellence, integrity, dedication, and participation in the CORFAC network. Winners were announced by CORFAC’s 2021 president Joe Latina, principal of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, during the organization’s recent Fall Summit in Chicago. 

The network’s Charlie King MVP Award went to Alan Joel, CCIM, principal of Joel and Granot Commercial Real Estate/CORFAC International in Atlanta. Ed Del Beccaro, EVP/San Francisco Bay Area regional manager with TRI Commercial/CORFAC International in Walnut Creek, CA, was recognized as this year’s Olen Monsees Award winner. 

The Thomas B. Hayes Jr. Award was presented to Joe Santaularia, VP of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International in Dallas. Daniel Shindleman, CCIM, MRICS, of Bridgemer Ltd./CORFAC International, in Wollerau, Switzerland, was honored with the Steven H. Podolsky International Member of the Year Award. 

“These Member Excellence Awards were created to honor and recognize the members who have made CORFAC the very best global network for independent brokerage firms in commercial real estate,” Latina said. “Each of these individuals who are being recognized have made invaluable contributions to our organization.”
