CORFAC International Adds New Affiliate Firms to Company’s Network

CORFAC International, a global network for independently owned commercial real estate firms, saw membership grow by nine firms in 2023, building on the addition of 14 new firms in 2021 and 2022 combined.

The organization has affiliate offices in markets across the globe, with more than 75 offices worldwide. The following firms joined CORFAC International this year:

  • Endura Advisory Group/CORFAC International, San Antonio, Texas
  • Home in Tunisia/CORFAC International, Tunisia
  • LMT Commercial Realty/CORFAC International, Wilmington, Delaware
  • South Coast Commercial/CORFAC International, San Diego, California
  • Southeast Venture/CORFAC International, Nashville, Tennessee
  • Oreon Properties/CORFAC International, Belgium
  • Wolf Commercial Real Estate NY/CORFAC International, New York, New York

CORFAC offices collectively close an average of 10,000 lease and sales transactions valued at more than $10 billion annually, totaling 750 million square feet closed and managed worldwide.
