CoreNet Global New England Names 2025 Board, Graduates Leadership Class

The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global New England has announced its 2025 Board of Directors and celebrated graduates from its professional development program, Leadership 2.0 (pictured). The Chapter represents more than 500 of the area’s leading corporate real estate service professionals.

“The strength and vitality of our chapter are built upon the tireless dedication of our Board of Directors and volunteer leaders,” said Adam Fandrey, president of CoreNet Global – New England Chapter. “Their commitment, beyond their professional roles, is the ‘secret sauce’ that drives our success.”

In addition to Fandrey, director of corporate real estate at Middlesex Savings Bank, the board’s 2025 executive leaders include president-elect Jacqueline Falla, chief talent officer Kristin Poulin, treasurer Kenneth Papetti and secretary of the executive committee Gabrielle Harvey. The board’s new and renewed directors include Rich Bettina, Maggie Blake, Andrew Feibelman, Kathryn Hester, Alison McCormack, Holyn Nickerson, Marisa Fava, Taran Grigsby, Katherine Sanford and Laura Walsh.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. He produces 7-10 daily news stories per day and works with the Connect team and clients to develop longer-form content, ranging from Q&As to thought-leadership pieces.
