CoreLogic Is the Next Big Oakland Tenant
CoreLogic Inc., a financial research firm, is moving from San Francisco to Oakland. It is one of several companies that have recently opted to move across the bay.
CoreLogic has signed a 23,842-square-foot lease that will take up the entire 11th floor at Oakland City Center, 555 12th St. CBRE represented CoreLogic, while DTZ repped Harvest Properties, owner of the building.
San Francisco tenants have become more and more attracted to Oakland because of cheaper rents, access to public transit, and growing retail options.
More than 150,000 square feet of office space has been leased this year by companies moving across the bay.
