CoreLogic: Austin Reports SFR Price Increase of 3.6%
CoreLogic’s just-released Single-Family Rent Index reported that Las Vegas had the highest year-over-year rent price increase at 6.6% in October 2018. Meanwhile, in Texas, Austin had the highest increase at 3.6%. The SFRI analyzes single-family rent price changes nationally, and among 20 metropolitan areas.
Nationally, the national rent for SFR increased 3%, compared to 2.7% in October 2017.
