Core5 & MBK Break Ground on Inland Empire Industrial Facility

Core5 Industrial Partners and JV partner MBK Industrial Properties have broken ground on Arrow Business Center, a 49,000-square-foot, Class A industrial building in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The speculative warehouse facility, situated on 2.4 acres, is scheduled for delivery in September of 2023.

“This project stands out for many reasons, especially because of how rare the opportunity is to find a prime infill location in a high-demand submarket,” said Core5’s Jon Kelly. “The combination of state-of-the-art features, outstanding access and advantageous supply and demand dynamics will result in heightened attention from potential occupants.”

Located at 11770 Arrow Route, the facility is just minutes from I-10, I-15 and Ontario International Airport. Arrow Business Center will include five dock-high doors, one drive-in door, 32’ clear height, six-inch floor slab, an ESFR sprinkler system, solar power, 145’ deep truck court and ample parking.
