Core Spaces Establishes Global Wealth Management Platform
Core Spaces, a Chicago-based vertically integrated student housing real estate developer, owner and operator, has hired a leadership team to develop the company’s newly established Global Wealth Management platform. Working alongside directors Tom and John Dine, the newly appointed Global Wealth team will fuel the growth of Core’s student housing portfolio, and includes Michael Hughes, managing director, intermediary; Angie Fisher, director of funds management operations; and Chris Best, Nick Baseel, and Daniel Sexton as directors of capital formation.
The Global Wealth Management division was established to leverage Core’s portfolio, granting financial intermediaries access to institutional investments previously out of reach for high-net-worth individuals. With the growth of the student housing asset class, this platform intends to diversify the company’s capital.
“Each of these new team members are extremely well respected in the industry, and bring with them a wealth of experience that will add value to our growing wealth platform,” said Tom Dine. “I am thrilled to welcome this group of talented individuals to grow our division to its full potential.”
