Core Spaces Delivers Student Housing Near UMD

Core Spaces has completed the construction of Hub College Park, a purpose-built student housing community located near the University of Maryland.

The 9-story property offers 161 units with a total of 475 beds, featuring studio through five-bedroom floor plans and fully furnished. The property boasts a range of amenities, including a fitness center, spa and sauna, co-working spaces, private study lounges, the only rooftop pool in College Park, and a New Here Coffee.
