McNabnay Acquired by Core Partners

Bingham Farms-based Core Partners Associates LLC acquired real estate companies McNabnay & Associates LLC and McNabnay Property Management LLC, both located in Bloomfield Hills, MI.

The acquisition will help Core Partners broaden its reach into medical office real estate. Results of the transaction means Core will now own four medical office buildings totaling about 100,000 square feet, and 20 condominium properties with more than 1,000 units.

Core Partners manages a 7 million-square-foot Southeast Michigan real estate portfolio, and provides brokerage and construction services through Core Construction Services LLC.
