Core Investment Management Snags 113K-SF Shopping Center in Jacksonville

JLL has arranged the sale of St. John’s Town Center North, a fully-leased, 113,139-square-foot shopping center anchored by Publix and Total Wine & More in Jacksonville, FL. The sales price was not disclosed.

Completed in 2007, the center also includes a tenant roster consisting of Aveda, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Weight Watchers, Pearle Vision, Hotworx and Sports Clips. The center also has three outparcel pads occupied by a Tropea Dental Care, 145-degree Seafood Boil and a national bank. St. John’s Town Center North is situated on 14 acres at 4413-4507 Town Center Parkway North.

Danny Finkle and Eric Williams of JLL represented the seller, the core portfolio of American Realty Advisors, in the transaction. An affiliate of Core Investment Management acquired the property.
