Core Industrial Realty in Oak Brook, Illinois has added Frank Damato IV as a partner / broker

Core Industrial Realty Adds Partner/Broker

Core Industrial Realty, an Oak Brook, IL-based industrial brokerage firm founded in December 2022 by Noel S. Liston, has added Frank Damato IV as a partner / broker. Damato provides in-depth market experience throughout the I-88 Corridor, Central DuPage, and Fox Valley submarkets, according to Core Industrial.

He specializes in a full range of brokerage services including tenant representation, build-to-suit projects, site selection, investment acquisitions, and Industrial Outside Storage site acquisitions/dispositions.

Damato joins Core Industrial Realty after starting his industrial/commercial brokerage career in 2019.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
