Cordish Tops Off One Rangers Way

With the exterior frame now in place, One Rangers Way is one step closer to welcoming residents to their new apartments this January.

Built by the Cordish Companies, the reported $100 million residential community will give people an opportunity to live in the heart of the Entertainment District, steps away from the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Choctaw Stadium, Texas Live!, Live! by Loews, Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, and forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum. Occupancy is expected in January 2025.

The 299-unit project will have one-bedroom units starting at $1,487 going up to $4,000 a unit for penthouses. 43,000 square feet of amenities will include a pool, fitness center, workspaces, and entertainment spaces.

Blake Cordish added, “With One Rangers Way, we have created an incredibly special building that will offer the first opportunity for residents to live within steps of three iconic stadiums, as well as the National Medal of Honor Museum just across the street.”
