Cordish, Live! Casino & Hotel Debut World’s First Live! Hotel in MD

The Cordish Companies and Live! Casino & Hotel celebrated the grand opening of the flagship Live! Hotel, the first hotel to carry the Live! brand. The 350,000-square-foot property in Hanover, MD, outside of Baltimore, adds 310 rooms, two new restaurants, a luxury day spa and salon, a 4,000-seat event center, and Club 21, the only private gaming area in a hotel in Maryland, to one of the largest commercial casinos on the East Coast.

The opening featured red carpet arrivals from celebrities, including NBA legends “Dr. J” Julius Irving, Ron Harper, Harvey Grant, and Spud Webb, as well as NFL greats Clinton Portis, Santana Moss, and Brian Mitchell.
