Cordish, Cardinals Add Tenants at St. Louis’ Ballpark Village

The St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Companies added three entertainment, dining and retail concepts for the west end of the $260-million expansion of Ballpark Village: Sports & Social St. Louis, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, and Baseballism. These are part of the second-phase expansion of Ballpark Village, which is rising next to Busch Village in St. Louis.

“Our focus from the onset has been to create a world-class neighborhood with diverse offerings for our guests and residents,” said Nick Benjamin, VP of development at Cordish. “We have taken great care to curate a tenant mix for the second phase that complements the existing offerings at Ballpark Village.”

The neighborhood recently welcomed its first office tenants—PricewaterhouseCoopers and ButcherJoseph—into The PwC Pennant Building, downtown St. Louis’ first new-construction Class A office in more than 30 years. It’s also the first building to open in Ballpark Village’s second phase.
