Cordillera Homes to Break Ground on Downtown Kirkland MF Project

Cordillera Homes will officially begin construction on Central Peak Residences, a boutique collection of luxury condominiums in the heart of downtown Kirkland.

Designed in collaboration with Baylis Architects, the four-story building will transform the former U.S. Bank site into a residential property. Site preparation is underway at the corner of Central Way and Lake Street, with groundbreaking set for July 25.

Situated in the heart of downtown Kirkland, Central Peak Residences will comprise just 26 single-level homes. Sales for Central Peak Residences will be represented by Michael Orbino, Tere Foster, and Moya Skillman with Team Foster Builder + Developer Services at COMPASS in Bellevue.

“This property has always held untapped potential, and we’re excited to bring a curated living experience to those who desire to be immersed in downtown Kirkland’s energy while enjoying a private, serene retreat,” said Dan Wachtler, Principal and Project Manager at Cordillera Homes.
