Floor & Decor sold in Coral Springs for $22.3M

Coral Springs Floor & Decor Showroom Sells for $22.3M

Midtown Development unloaded a 106,289-square-foot Floor & Decor showroom/warehouse at 11711 W. Sample Road in Coral Springs to NorthBridge, for a sales price of $22.3 million.

Dominic Montazemi, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, and Greg Miller of Cushman & Wakefield represented Midtown, and Rick Etner, Matthew McAllister, Christopher Thomson, and Chris Metzger represented NorthBridge.

The S. Florida Business Journal reports It last traded for $15.7 million in 2021.

The building was developed in 1996 on an 8.9-acre site in Coral Springs Commerce Park and renovated in 2010.

Midtown also recently sold a retail center in Sunrise.

NorthBridge’s website states that it acquires, modernizes and develops small- to mid-sized infill logistics industrial real estate assets located near dense population centers.
