Coppell Leads DFW Rent Rates

The Zumper Dallas Metro Report analyzed active listings last month across metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest-growing rents. The Texas one-bedroom median rent was $1,134 last month.

Coppell was the most expensive city, with one-bedroom apartments priced at $1,710. Frisco was the second priciest, with rent at $1,630. Richardson ranked third, with rent at $1,570.

    Cleburne was the most affordable city, with one-bedrooms priced at $1,000. Arlington was the second least expensive, with rent at $1,080. Hurst ranked third, with rent at $1,090.

    Coppell had the fastest-growing rent, up 24.8% since this time last year. Weatherford saw rent climb 9.9%, making it the second fastest-growing. Garland was third, with rent increasing 9.1%.
