Cooley Helming New Georgetown Entertainment District

Cooley Capital Companies is building an entertainment district in Georgetown that will include restaurants, bars and live entertainment. The Junction will have around 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. There will be over 25,000 square feet of bar and restaurant space, including a 5,700-square-foot food hall, over 8,700 square feet of outdoor patios and decks, and nearly 30,000 square feet of office and flex space.

The Austin Business Journal reports the project, called The Junction, has already leased 100% of its restaurant portion ahead of next weeks groundbreaking.

The Junction will rise on roughly six acres at 210 Blue Springs Road in Georgetown, just across the street from GAF Energy’s $100 million, 450,000-square-foot factory (photo).

Cooley Capital also is acting as the general contractor on the project, while OPA Design studio is the architect.
