Cook Commercial Arranges $4M Sale of Doral Flex Facility

Cook Commercial Realty has arranged the $4.4 million sale of 8788 NW 15 Street, a 30,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility in Doral.

Located West of the Palmetto Expressway and one block West of NW 87 Ave. on a corner lot, the property features 100% A/C, 22-foot clear ceiling heights, 5,367 square feet of office space, heavy 3-phase electric and 3 dock height doors.

Daniel Cook of Cook Commercial represented the seller, Smolev, in the transaction. The buyer was Planet Cellular. The transaction closed March 16.
