Conyers Apartment Property Trades for $17M

Berkadia has arranged the $17.2 million sale of Level at Tall Oaks, a 174-unit, garden-style apartment property in Conyers.

Located at 348 Tall Oaks Drive SE, the property features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with patios or balconies, dishwashers and air conditioning. Amenities include a fully renovated office and leasing center, sport court, swimming pool and laundry facilities. The property is nearby Interstate 20 as well as shops and restaurants along Highway 138 (McDonough Highway) and Dogwood Drive SE.

Judy MacManus, Paul Vetter and Andrew Mays and Matthew White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was was Kansas-based Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services.
