Prodigy Design & Renovation acquired a vacant office/warehouse property in Pantego, TX, in Tarrant County. The 11,679-square-foot building, situated on 1.5 acres at 2309 Superior Dr., doubles the buyer’s business size.

Wayne Burgdorf of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW, arranged the direct deal between the buyer of record, 2309 Superior Drive LLC, and the local seller, 2309 Properties LLC of Roopville, GA. The sales price was undisclosed. Pinnacle Bank in Arlington arranged acquisition financing.

The structure is 67% office space, including a 1,600-square-foot conference center, and the balance warehouse with storage and shop rooms. New owners, Tariq and Sheyna Kobty, will relocate their business from 2205 W. Division St. in Arlington. “This was the right property for several reasons, but the spark was Prodigy Design & Renovation’s owners had reached the tipping point between buying and renting,” Burgdorf said.
