Continental Towers Leases 91K SF of Space in 2024

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that Continental Towers has completed over 91,000 square feet in new lease, renewal, and expansion transactions in 2024. TRS Agency Leasing Executive Vice Presidents Joe Stevens and Steve Degodny represented the property, a three-tower complex located at 1701 Golf Road in the northwest suburb of Rolling Meadows, in all lease transactions.

Eight lease deals have been completed at the complex in 2024. The largest transaction was a new lease with Venture X, which specializes in turnkey coworking office solutions, for 23,682 square feet. C.H. Robinson Company, Inc., a logistics and supply chain organization, signed a new lease deal for 23,608 square feet, Harco National Insurance Company signed a 15,863-square-foot lease renewal, and United Chemi-Con, Inc. renewed for 12,002 square feet.

The 910,000-square-foot complex known as Continental Towers is comprised of three interconnected 12-story towers, along with a fourth building called the Hub that contains tenant amenities and retail services.
