An Orlando real estate investment company has purchased the Palm Court at Hidden River office building in Tampa, FL.

Continental Capital Partners Divests 60K-SF Class A Office in Tampa

Virginia Beach, VA-based Continental Capital Partners has sold Palm Court at Hidden River, a 59,530-square-foot office located at 8600 Hidden River Parkway in Tampa, FL. The property was fully leased to a mix of private and public sector tenants at the time of sale.

Dale Peterson, Joe Chick, Kristen McFarland Hagen, Courtney Snell and Nick Sharpe with CBRE represented Continental Capital Partners, a commercial real estate acquisition and asset management firm. Palm Court at Hidden River was sold to an Orlando-based real estate investment company.

“Coming out of COVID, single-story product continues to be the most sought-after office asset class, said Peterson. “This coupled with Bausch & Lomb’s long term, credit-quality tenancy provided strong investor interest.”

Palm Court at Hidden River resides within Tampa’s Hidden River Corporate Park, a 513-acre master-planned residential and commercial development. The single-story office property is located just off Interstate 75 and two exits north of the Interstate 4 interchange.
