Consulting Firm Moves to Boston Properties’ 250 W. 55th

OC&C Strategy Consultants inked a 13,203-square-foot headquarters office lease at Boston Properties’ 250 W. 55th St. The commitment allows the London-based consulting firm to grow its New York footprint by roughly 50%, and also brings 250 W. 55th to 100% occupancy.

A CBRE team of Peter Turchin, Arkady Smolyansky, Christie Harle and Caroline Merck handles leasing at 250 W. 55th. David Stockel, also of CBRE, represented OC&C in the lease negotiations.

“OC&C required additional space to house its growing U.S. operations,” and the rare availability at 250 W. 55th represented “the ideal opportunity,” said Stockel. “The space was already built out to high standards, and the ownership will make a number of modifications to accommodate the tenant’s desired layout.”

OC&C plans to relocate its U.S. headquarters from 545 Madison Ave. to its new space by mid-year 2020.
