Consulting Firm Makes Move Across River to Industry City

Consulting firm ?What If! is moving its New York office from the East Village to Industry City on the Brooklyn waterfront. The London-based company will occupy 14,500 square feet in the six-million-square-foot complex’s Building 3. Currently, it’s the sole tenant at 137 Second Ave.

“We believe that the move to Industry City will enable a great leap forward in our ability to provide breakthrough thinking for our clients,” said Bart Higgins, partner at ?What If! Among those clients are AARP, IKEA, Pfizer, Miller Coors, Cialis, NuMi Nutrisystem, Steinway and Sons, AstraZeneka, and KFC.

Industry City’s Kathe Chase said the new tenant, “with its ‘Experimental Inventing’ ideology and ‘people focused’ innovative culture, is the consummate fit with Industry City’s creative class of companies.”

Avison Young’s Nicola Heryet and Cushman & Wakefield’s Jonathan Schindler and Stuart Gilbert represented ?What If! in the deal. Chase and her colleague David Young represented Industry City.
