Consultant Signs Three-Year Sublease Deal

Ulrich Consulting Group signed a three-year deal to sublease space at McCombs Plaza at 755 E. Mulberry Ave. in San Antonio. The occupier is taking down 1,496 square feet of space at the 118,000-square-foot, midrise property building located just north of the CBD, in the Midtown submarket.

Mitchell Lyons with NAI Partners represented the tenant. Koontz developed and delivered the office building in 2001 in partnership with McCombs Enterprises. JLL’s San Antonio office is listed as the building’s marketing broker.

Ulrich Consulting Group, which provides wealth management and investment consulting services, has taken space with other tenants including Morgan Stanley, McCombs Enterprises and several prominent law firms.
