Construction Underway on WestPark Professional
The Kalantari Group is hard at work building WestPark Professional, a 44,168-square-foot, four building project in Cedar Park, TX. The development at 120 S. Lakeline Blvd. will be completed by the end of this year. Stephen Pannes with Equitable Commercial Realty is leading the property’s leasing team.
The project is geared toward medical and office tenants. “With Cedar Park’s incredible continued growth, we are excited to bring new professional space to the market to meet demand,” Pannes said. The new buildings will offer signage opportunities, as well as outdoor common areas and bicycle parking.
The developer is headquartered in Austin, and has built similar projects throughout the United States.
