Construction Underway on Tyndall at Robertson Hill Condo

Momark Development has begun construction on the 176-unit Tyndall at Robertson Hill, a six-story condominium in Central East Austin’s Guadalupe neighborhood. The finished product will occupy the entire bloc bordered by Interstate 35, Embassy Drive and East Eighth and Ninth Streets.

Tyndall will offer one and two-bedroom units, ranging from 571 to 1,736 square feet. The asking prices will be from $260,000 to $850,000. Amenities include a yoga lawn, dog run and pet-washing station, car-charging stations and a coffee shop. Humphreys & Partners Architects is the designer.
